So I'm not sure if anyone else uses it, but heromachine is a free online flash program that lets you create and design your own characters. I've been using it heaps, and have decided to show you some of my creations.
The Imperial Soldier
I guess you could call these first two creations a sort of teaser for my fantasy world: The Iron Realm. This is just a picture of a standard Imperial Soldier wearing his armour, the Imperials believe that the key to winning a battle is in offence, and that too much armour does nothing but slow the soldier down. That is is why they wear no helmet and light built armour. By the way, the symbol on his tabard is the Imperial sword, It's supposed to look like a sword with a pair of smooth crescent wings folding around it, but that was a bit hard to replicate in heromachine.
This is a guard from one of the unnamed human factions. I was debating whether to make this character a soldier or guard, but I thought he just had a royal feel about him. This faction isn't used to war, they hardly have a military force and are focused primarily on wealth. That is why this guard's armour is much more embellished and fancy than the other human nations.
The Runic Monk
Nothing much to say here, I was just playing around with the new runic font.
Anyway, please comment and criticize, I have a lot more to show, but I can't access them right now. Hope you enjoyed
