(If you've ever play Rogue Squadron or listened to the Mass Effect codex, read this in that narrator's voice.)

The Achmer use their deepstriders when dealing with particularly dangerous (and often large) indigenous wildlife. While it has no ballistic or blazer weapons, it carries three tentacle-like shock emitters, and a single "directional voltslinger".

Deepstriders are capable of diving up to depths of 30,000 feet. This makes them optimal for escort missions, for when the Achmer scientists try to go to the deepest trenches of a planet.
It is approximately 25 feet long, and 40 feet tall (when standing fully erect). It supports up to 6 crewmembers, and can withstand pressures up to 40,000 PSI.

The two powerful, weighted legs, can be bent either inwards or outwards, having no proverbial "kneecaps." The legs can be detached, in an emergency, and the jet engines on the rear end can propel the deepstrider away from any potential danger. It is also equipped with a hydrogen-balloon escape pod, that is launched from the top of the craft's hull. This assures that the Achmer pilots can escape, even during the consumption of the craft.

This sketch took me about 10 minutes, and then I loaded it up into Gimp where I colored it and put the finishing touches.

Total time spent drawing/colorizing: 40 minutes
Total time spent coming up with an idea: 1 hour

I know it doesn't look like much, but I don't have access to my Lego at the moment. I'm not very good at drawing.

(I hope you guys can actually make out most of the details. With the "water" filter on, it's a little hard to see.)

That's really cool! I like the laser in the front and the front hands. On the bottom. Is that a foot?
