Heh. Another Dave.

But I like this. The few elements of Norse mixed in with it is pretty awesome. Also, the last comic of yours I read was Project Twilight, so I can see the improvement in lighting, speech bubbles, the works. I'm no comic writer, but I can still see the improvement.

Anyway, I like, and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

Oooh, I am intrigued! This seems very cool, and very original. :D Although, I do have a couple critiques: The first is that in the First Part of the Prologue, when you introduced Redguard, you accidentaly left out the "D" in "Red." :P

Also, it kind of bothers me there aren't any "noises" when the characters hit things. Like when Heimdal got thrown into the wall, I think there should be a 'thud' or something. Other than that, great job, and I can't wait for more! :D

Yeah, this is really interesting. So far I really like how in spite of being about comicbooky superheroes and supervillains, how seriously the whole thing is set up. That's very cool. Can't wait for more. Also, the greater variety in figures than there were in Project Twilight helps in the presentation aspect.

I realize this thread is rather old; but I thought I'd give it a bump by encouraging its writer. Though simplistic in nature and minifig selection, this work shows great promise. Your style of narrative is quite appealing, and your method of building suspense more than fits the bill. I especially like the verbal sparring between the characters in the fight scene. Such creative embellishments are used less than they should be. I hope you have not given up on this comic, and shall eagerly wait for more.

I find this thing very good, Rune I LOVED, your set designs for all your comics, very basic and stuff like that, I like the whole all your comics have some dude in a suit routine, I like that part too.
I also find your Ligthing and stuff very fun also, and it fits well with what you do with your storys, it add's that pyscho thriller or noir style to your things.

I didn't expect this to ever update, frankly, but I definitely liked this part more than the first. The humor's there, the strangely epic quality is there (that last shot - damn! :P). Great stuff. Just, uh... Try not to hurry it up a little more next time, all right? :P

Huzzah! Let the epicosity continue! (Yes, I stole the e-word from youtube's Tobuscus)

I always enjoy seeing an older hero guide youngers ones in taking down the villain he couldn't beat. Not to dispute the Redguard's skills or anything.

Yeah, Hodge has mad skills.

Neither did I, frankly. But I finally got enough goading from my sister that I just sat down and did it.

I'm liking this, man. Especially Dave, and that last shot was just epic! :D

Yeah, I don't care what anyone says. Dave is definitely the second coolest character ever.

Hey, I'm not gonna deny it. And frankly, neither will Ian. He know he was out of his league, he knows he made a foolish mistake in charging in, and he's spent the last three years regretting every bit of it.
But yeah, I enjoy that trope too.

Anyway, I'm actually updating again!

Awesome! I find it so fascinating how Dr. Ragnarok is just so nonchalant and polite in his evil deeds. Instead of cackling maniacally or spilling blood in a moody fashion, he treats all this like a game. Makes him almost charming in his repulsiveness.

Splendid action shots, and nice build-up of drama as well. The story does seem to be making less sense at the moment, but I'm sure there'll be some revelation in your narrative after a while.

Haha, that was funny how casual he was about it. "Oh? You know about me? Hm. Interesting. Now you die." :P

And it's kinda interesting How Dr. Ragnarok does these things personally, instead of sending minions to the simple job of eliminating some intruders. Well, if you want something done right... :P

Okay, that was rather epic!
You do last panels quite well, they all turn out great! That and the first three panels were nice too! Dr. Ragnarok simply counting down 'till Ian showed up... Mighty good stuff! Can see the future? That would explain some things...
Also, they sound effect when Ian hit the wall is perfect!
