Yeah, I do arts & stuff. On Facebook, I'm in a group called "Daily Spitpaint", and the idea is you're given a set of topics and churn our a drawing in 30 minutes or less. A WORTHY CHALLENGE! So, I've done a few Spits, some better than others and some I feel are damn near impossible to do in 30 minutes.

And, well, here are some of the results.

This one had the theme "Stranded"

"Green Suit"

"Defense Turrets"

"Death of Little Red Riding Hood"

"Dead Valentine"

"Bionic Eyes"

I'm diggin' that spatter in the first picture. Love that grunge look. I also like that simulated lens flare on the skull. What wonders you can do with two colours and lots of blending. Did you use a custom brush for those tree leaves? Impressive.

Yes, a lot of is custom brushes that I've downloaded from other artists. Some are merely for texturing and they work wonders. Others though are for making quick work of other things like those leaves you see there. :P I still haven't fully unlocked the potential of Dan Luvisi's custom brushes tho, some of his brushes are very basic and very good, but some of the textured brushes are monsters to use. D:

Remember, it's not about the brushes it's how you use 'em. :D

That action shot with the soldier and inbound creature is amazing! Man it conveys action and suspense. Really good stuff man! It's amazing what 20 extra minutes can do, eh? Those last two are pretty darn great man! I'm loving both of them! Keep it up.

Why thank you. ^_^ The ice dragon piece as I call it, started out as a spit paint and I got carried away. The last two though were for the second group. And yeah, 20 minutes extra could make a difference.

Wow, that's a really impressive bit o' painting right there!

Loving the reflections on the cranium, and the beads of spittle are top notch, not the mention the textures!  You nailed this one!

I also really like your other works, especially this one.

Hehehe thanks. Took a few days to get it juuust right. And that one you liked that was a bit of a photo-bash speed paint. I was inspired by Lawrence of Arabia and just blended in a small dude from the movie in there. Looked pretty dope. :D

Really diggin' those brush strokes on that alien. Those tube ridges on its head totally looks like it has depth. Hot damn you're getting better and better at painting.
