Yes, the similarities between the Werewolf in my drawing and Scorp's Werewolf are intentional. I specifically used that image as a reference for the pose I wanted that particular Werewolf, but I did not purposefully copy their design for their Werewolves.
However, the lore of the Werewolves in my fantasy universe and the ones in Wulfgard are completely different: for one thing, I don't have a defined lore for them, but its not like Wulfgard at all. Werebeasts and Vampires (i.e. Werewolves, Werebears, Wereboars, etc.) are essentially a side effect of the dark gods Chemosh and his brother who doesn't have a concrete name yet. Essentially, both are gods of war who become so corrupted with evil, that they go on rampages in bestial forms, killing all in their path. Chemosh's bite causes his victims to become Vampires, and his brother creates Werewolves with his bite: though both gods' physical forms were eventually killed, their 'children' were still around. Non-Werewolf Shapeshifters either existed before this or were created by other dark gods. Unlike in Wulfgard, where Werewolves are a curse, in my universe they are a disease. Am I going to lose points with Wolfy for going with that choice? Probably, but at least I won't get knocked for plagiarism.
I don't remember if I decided to call Draculea that before or after I knew that it was a name that existed in Wulfgard. I do plan on changing it once I find a good replacement, but right now its the best I can come up with.
