That just makes him even more endearing.

Arnim Zola's just a disembodied Nazi mind in a robot suit, while MODOK is a MENTAL ORGANISM DESIGNED ONLY FOR KILLING. Totally different.

Oh, hey, now that this topic's bumped, remember that bit where Winter Soldier rips the steering wheel out of the car, so Cap has to gather up Falcon and Scarlett, bring the shield up between him and the passenger door and them slam them all out the side of the moving car? Holy crap! How strong is that guy? What kind of core strength do you have to have to knock a car's door off while sitting right next to it? SITTING! No run-up or anything. He could have just opened the door, y'know?

Cap's the best. I can't wait until the Blu Ray comes out so the internet can be flooded with gifs.

So seriously, what up with the Maximoffs?

Mutants, and everything related, or even saying the world belongs to Fox for another long moment. However, on the contracts, the twins were BOTH on Avenger propriety and Xmen, meaning both studios can have access to them. However as stated, Mutants is only to be used by Fox, so Whedon went with "Miracles", which following the structure of the Marvel Cinematic Universe does make sense IMO. So they are humans born with powers, not acquired through external help.

So long as they aren't explained away as Hydra experiments... 'Cause it sure seemed like their powers were new to them, uncontrolled... Maybe they were hopped up on drugs.

Baron von Strucker had the Loki Pokey stick from Avengers, so I wouldn't be surprised if the twins' powers are linked to that somehow. Maybe they're born with special abilities, but it takes a bit of Hydra science and Thanos tech to unlock their true potential, or something like that? I'm sure they'll just throw a little applied phlebotinum at it and get on with the movie.

Well, he does say it's the age of the miracles, and that there's nothing like this, so maybe it's just a whole new wave of unlocking powers similar to mutants ...
