That moment when your insurance company thought that "automatic payments" meant I want to pay my 6 month premium in 2 payments of almost $500 and takes half my paycheck....and its the weekend so they can't refund me until Wednesday.

My girlfriend was watching Thai dramas on my youtube account and now my suggestions are filled with videos with titles I can't read...

Darn you Duolingo! I want to learn Thai to talk to my girlfriends parents but Thai has been "in-devolopment" for like 3 months now. (on a similar note, sort of planning a trip to Thailand this year, so I want to get started learning the language already)

Good luck, I've heard the language is pretty complex.

Anyone got reccomendations for a 2 player local co-op FPS game for Xbox 360? (that isn't halo or CoD) My girlfriend and I just played through all the 360 Halo games and we're looking for something new, but she hates 3rd person shooters and wants something action packed. Looking at Left 4 Dead and Borderlands so far.

My girl and I heartily enjoyed the Rainbow Six Vegas games.

I guess just Rainbow Six Vegas? There's not much story co op, but the terrorist hunts are fun.

I feel so lazy for never going to the gym, and I don't have any excuse, its free and maybe 50 meters from where I live. And to make it worse, the last 3 times I've been to the gym, I have to tell the front desk guy "I'm just here for the vending machine"

Just remind yourself of the impending war that we'll soon be eyes deep in, and be honest with yourself when you say that if you don't go to the gym and make gains, you're going to be too slow and weak, and you're going to get shot.
Works for me more than half the time.

All in favor of Scorp re-launching SYWBAA say Aye. (hell, I'd even support another kickstarter for that)

Aye! Your newer projects are definitely splendid, don't get me wrong. It's just a shame to see something so enjoyable and memorable go unfinished for so long, you know?

Heh, I just had an idea of a dialogue wheel being spun like the wheel of fortune, to make dialogue or plot choices at random.

I agree with Lord Claus, it was really enjoyable and I look back on it with fond memories. Came to SSLF for Halo Legos, stayed for SYWBAA, its what kept me coming back until I finally jumped into the forums. I would check once or twice a week for new pages and then one day it just stopped...

Today I found out my very straight laced Christian unit chaplain is a big heavy metal fan, we had a 45 minute discussion about the genres of metal. He prefers Christian metal but sometimes indulges in some Judas Priest and Ozzy.

Powerpoint, maybe, probably no punishment for the guy though. It was super dark and you can't really see more than shadows when your in the air, and with the parachutes we jump, you can barely steer just enough to steer into the wind to slow down for impact.
