It looks like a remake of The Lost World except that in the end the dinosaurs will somehow take over the world like Planet of the Apes.

Hope AMC rode that cash cow as hard as they could. They managed to piss of literally all of the comic readers on the Walking Dead midseason finale, in a much worse way than that stupid cliffhanger ending a year or so back. And a good chunk of the cast.
Most everyone's contracts are up after this season too. I highly doubt Walking Dead's making it to season 9.

I don't know which handsome, prescient mod edited the title of this thread all those months ago, but it turns out
Ocelot I mean whoever it was was even right-er than they thought, because the Disney Entertainment Conglomerate has just sucked another entity into its gaping maw to increase its monopoly on humanity's spare time.
They own Fox now. Get ready for X-Men in the MCU.

YES! Now they can put the Fox intro back into their Star Wars Movies!
Really? That's all you're thinking about from this?
So Disney is officially an entertainment monopoly now. I thought there were laws against this sort of thing. It's getting pretty insane how much they're dominating the entire entertainment front, either directly via their own command or indirectly via how they're steering the market. It's actually kinda disgusting. Everything, everything, must be Disney-approved, one way or another.
Not to mention they basically get to make or break anyone's career now. Does the great Disney Empire find you unfit to work in the entertainment industry, which they own at least half of now? Ha. Begone, worm.
I hope I live long enough to see Disney taken down a peg.

I was honestly trying to find something positive about it.
Because the fact that Disney basically owns a gigantic chunk of Hollywood now is pretty depressing the way to put it.

The only way the Disney-Star Wars-Marvel-Fox syndicate could ever produce anything good is if they just put all of the things that would normally come from those four separate entities into just one movie so that there are like 75% fewer soulless formulaic superhero and Star Wars movies every year.

I was beyond stoked to hear about the Fox buyout. It was the best Christmas gift. Dreams come true. Never thought it'd happen in my lifetime.
Yeah, them controlling everything sucks in every manner you've all stated. But I get the X-Men and Doctor Doom in my MCU.

Season 2! Let's do this. Seems like this season will be covering Books 5-9 (Austere Academy, Ersatz Elevator, Vile Village, Hostile Hospital, and Carnivorous Carnival)
So unless they decide to seriously back pad the end game, that means Season 3 will be enough to cover the whole series, clocking in with Books 10-13

- Chad Stahelski, co-director of JW1 and sole director of JW2, is back directing John Wick 3
- Laurence Fishburne, Common and Ruby Rose are all returning
- The main villain is Hiroyuki Sanada, this handsome devil you definitely know even if you aren't familiar with the name:
So, I don't know what the Ruby Rose thing is about, since she definitely died in 2 and was probably the weakest part of that movie. If we're resurrecting female John Wick villains, I'd definitely go for Perkins from the first movie instead of her. But, hey, I'll give her another shot.
The next Mission Impossible is called Mission Impossible: Fallout, and this time Tom Cruise is hanging off a helicopter:

The hype around people trying to "sabotage" Black Panther's score is silly and out of hand at this point.
It's a movie. People will go see it and have opinions about it like any other movie. Who's to say DC fans are any more likely to dislike bomb Black Panther as Marvel fans were to dislike bomb Wonder Woman? The same goes for any other movie in existence.
They run articles like this to make up excuses as to why a movie might get bad user scores. It's like a preemptive strike of excuses.

ALRIGHT, BABY. It's time for MOVIE STUFF!
Avengers teaser (I'm not happy about Cap having a replacement shield that he can't throw. Harrumph):
Full trailer for Mission: Impossible - Fallout (this movie looks straight up incredible! Like oh my God are you seeing this? WATCH THIS TRAILER, PEOPLE!):
The Cloverfield Paradox, aka the third movie after Cloverfield and 10 Cloverfield Lane is out NOW. On Netflix. Like, the whole movie. Now. You can watch it. Holy crap:
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (I've got nothing for this one):

Deadpool 2 looks like a good thing:
Jessica Jones season 2... also exists:
I was going to say I wasn't really interested without David Tennant, but then that looks like him coming back from the dead in the end, so I don't know what to think.
EDIT - They forgot to put Venom in this teaser for Tom Hardy's Venom movie:
I get the idea of not giving the whole thing away in a teaser, but I would hope there'd be something to get me excited. This just looks like "Tom Hardy gets experimented on and escapes", which I'm not particularly interested in seeing.

Hey you guuuuuuuys, did you know that the Disney Entertainment Conglomerate has released a new advertisement for one of the eight blockbuster movies they'll be releasing in the remainder of this year?
