Hello good folks of SSLF! 

 

Over the past 4.5 years, I've been building a rather large guildhouse. As of now, the last floor is roughly about half way finished (it will be finished sometime in may after I finish my junior year in college). I am planning on displaying this, and several other builds at Brickfair Virginia this year (which is during the first week of August). 

 

Unfortunately, I'm short of fantasy-like minifigs. That's where this request comes in! If any of you have the time, I'd like to add your fantasy sigfig in the display of this build. You can basically make them any way you want, just don't add any custom designed pieces (molded, painted, etc.). 

 

Either:

1) Post a picture

2) Leave a list of the pieces needed to put your fig together and I will put them together.

 

I will try to put as many people together as possible.

After-market pieces can be used. No homemade bits.

Okay I have my dude for you, and If I'm lucky and plan things right I'll be able to see him in the guild house

 

Hair: In dark brown

Head:Use the snarling side

Neck Bracket: Katana Sheath

Torso:This badboy 

Left Arm: Not needed but I thought it looked cool

Right Arm: The one with the letter tattoo design

Legs: Or something to this effect

Weapons: Or something similar

This In gunmetal

In my case, you could always include Bomm or Hawkin from SYWBAA. Whichever you prefer...

Bomm:

• Hagrid hair/beard piece
• "Evil Ogel" head
• Some kind of shoulder armor, preferably the spiked shoulders from the Prince of Persia Hassansin guy (Setam).
• A big double-bit battleaxe
• Any suitable dark-colored torso with dwarf legs

Hawkin:
As he appears here...

With my Hawkin decals if you have those.
He could use cooler swords though, like a BrickWarriors scimitar and a Dagger of Time, or something.

Quentin Adelais, my Wulfgard duder as seen in my comic entry. Spoilered for size. If you don't have that torso, then this one will work too.

If you have the Spartan from the Minifigs line (this dude), then you could make a purist version of my Tom Drake sigfig, if you like.  

 

Head: I don't suppose you have my Nathan Drake face decal... This would be a reasonable substitute.

Torso: The spartan minifig's torso

Arms: Yellow

Pelvis/Legs: These or these. If not those, then just solid dark brown legs.

Hands: Black

Helmet: Spartan horsehair helmet (or a BrickWarriors gold one with a red plume is actually preferable)

 

He also wears the Prince of Persia Dastan back-thingy, and whatever dual swords you can fit in them. Swords I know of that fit include katanas, cutlasses (like what Hawkin uses in SYWBAA), amd Brickarms Damien blades. I lean towards Damien blades, but whichever one is more convenient is fine.

 

Never tried to actually put together a minifig like that before, so I wonder what the finish product would look like.  

 

Love all your creations, by the way! The guildhouse is epic.

I would be honored if you included Ser Garrett of Targe, the Traitor Knight in one of your vignette's, as they might just be my favorite thing on the Lego board.

 

Helmet - This Helmet. If not, then a Black hood or Brown hair works just fine.

Head - This here or something like it.

Torso - This

Legs - Whatever you think suits him best.

Weapons - His Sword and Board

In regards to custom elements/figures, what if I sent you the whole fig in the mail? I'd make sure not to send anything I'm not okay parting with, it case it gets lost while on display, and if it does survive I'd probably just let you keep it anyways, rather than ship it back.

If it is at all possible to put up a picture or list of parts, I would prefer that just to avoid shipping and the possibility of it going missing (mail in my place is sometimes fishy). I have no problem with getting the pieces to put your fig together.

I don't mind sending you the fig to keep, I've done it before with other folks. Or are you being a stickler for purism, and my heretical plastic rending ways are too taboo for you?

At this point, I will no longer be making SSLF figs for the display. Hawkin will be the last fig (just waiting for the decals to arrive).
