Overall it looks pretty good, but I would change the graphics card. Unless you're running a very low-power or small-form factor system there's not really any reason to get the 1050 ti, so I would suggest the RX 470 or RX 480 4GB models, which will give you a significant increase in performance over the 1050 ti with a fairly minimal price increase.

An interesting thing to note if changing graphical options doesn't do anything for your performance, I had Auto-Detect Render Settings set to On, which kept reseting my graphical settings to Max.

Now with a mix of settings I can get around 50 frames, still weird I can't squeeze out 60. Others with a GTX 970 don't appear to be having any issues but I spend 2 days making sure it's not my GPU, CPU, HDD or otherwise that's the problem.

Anybody else experiencing sticky keys by the way? At least I'm lucky enough not to suffer the crash issues some people are having.

What processor do you have? Apparently it's very difficult to get a steady 60 on any settings without a good Intel processor due to the game's poor multi-core optimization.

In my experience the game gets pretty easy once you get used to the mechanics and establish a good routine. I find it particularly useful to abuse Stun, Knockdown, Freezing, etc. - anything to keep the enemies from taking their turn. I've been playing on Tactician Mode without much trouble so far... but then, it's early yet. I remember it gets quite a bit harder later. We'll see how my party fares when I make it out of Cyseal. :P

I did my first playthrough on Tactitian difficulty, and I have to say that the game got a lot easier once I was out of Cyseal, though that very easily could have just corresponded with me becoming accustomed to the mechanics.

Seeing as I solely own a PC I have not played Bloodborne or Demon's Souls, but I did quite enjoy Dark Souls. I'm sure the second installment is a fine game, but I figured I would just rather not spend time on it based on its purported level of mediocrity. I have, however, spent a great many hours in DS beating the game one time around and then building a potent level 13 Darkwraith for fun invasions at all levels.

I am very excited for Dark Souls III (I  bought an XBone controller and everything!), as Miyazaki will be back at the helm, and it looks rather nice from what I've seen so far.

So, question for people with Witcher 3 on PC: What video card do you have, and how well does it run it?

Trying to decide on a video card for my new PC (which I am primarily building so I can play it) and I'm kinda stumped - I want a card that can run it well, but I don't want to drop $429 on the "recommended" card.

I have a Radeon R9 390 which manages to maintain 60 FPS with occasional dips at 1080p ultra settings (minus Hairworks). You can find them on sale pretty often for around $275 and right now they're doing a promotion where some models come with a free code for the new Hitman game.
